CHARACTERISTICS

1. The price of the voucher depends on the number of nights that you would like to stay. This price will be discounted from the cost of your reservation as a pre-payment (discount will be applied at the time of making your reservation)

• Stay of 2 or 3 nights                              Voucher price: 100€
• Stay of 4 or 5 nights                              Voucher price: 150€
• Stays of more than 5 nights                  Voucher price: 200€

2. The voucher gives you access to a 20% discount on the reservation price when you are able to confirm your dates for your upcoming trip.

3. Should you choose a non-refundable rate, there will be an additional discount of 5% (total discount 25%). This rate will only be applicable for reservations made at least 30 days prior to the chosen date of arrival. 

4. This voucher will also allow you to benefit from other exclusive advantages, such as:
   1. Priority to stay in one of our premium apartments, with direct views of the Sagrada Familia (subject to availability)
   2. Sensation Apartments complimentary welcome pack.
   3. Priority to have an early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability according to occupancy rates.
   4. Special discounted rates for parking facilities.

5. All payments are made securely, through a payment request link sent by our payment platform to your mobile and/or email address for your express authorisation. This guarantees the authenticity and security of the payments. 

6. The dates of accommodation are subject to availability in the moment that you choose to confirm your reservation (once you have your dates, we advise that you confirm far enough in advance so as to avoid disappointment) There are no limits on this offer, all apartments in any SENSATION building are included in the promotion. However, there is not an equal availability of each type of apartment

8. The voucher is individual and non-transferrable. As a minimum, one of the guests staying at the time of the reservation must be the named individual on the voucher for the discount to qualify. In exceptional circumstances, you should contact us directly in order to find an appropriate solution.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Once you have purchased the voucher, it will be registered in our management system and we will send a confirmation of the purchase together with your voucher number. From this moment, and up until the end of the promotion (25/03/2021), you can request to make your official reservation with us, which, as always, will be subject to availability. In the case that there is no availability for the reservation that you have requested, additional options or dates will be offered in line with availability.

• Minimum stay: 2 nights

CANCELLATION POLICY AND RESERVATION MODIFICATIONS

The guest will be able to modify the dates of the reservation free of charge up until 7 days prior to the arrival date (subject to availability)
