Photovoltaic panels and solar panels

Installation of a system of photovoltaic panels to generate our own energy. In addition to that, we also have solar panels to heat the running water. Thanks to these renewable energy systems, we reduce our carbon footprint by limiting electricity consumption.

Electric Car Charger

We have installed an electric car charging point in our parking lot where all our clients who opt for the use of a more sustainable means of transport and travel by electric car will be able to comfortably charge their vehicles during their stay.

Reduction of plastic waste

In order to reduce our environmental footprint, reduce waste and eliminate single-use packaging, we have put plastic water bottles aside to offer all our customers a perfectly filtered welcome water bottle: pure and without waste in a 100% washable and reusable glass container.

Recycling Awareness

Recycling is also a crucial issue for us and, for this reason, we provide our guests with information on how to recycle correctly and we give them all the facilities to do so during their stay. We believe that it is as important to reduce our environmental impact as it is to educate our guests so that they too can help us take care of the planet.

Reduced use of paper

Drastic reduction in the use of paper in the office and in the apartments. For this, we have created a web application that allows us to offer all the information related to our services and even check-in completely digitally. This application is accessible from any smartphone, tablet or computer.

Avoid noise pollution

Sustainable tourism is not only about optimizing environmental resources, but also about protecting the environment and local culture. In our case, it is of great importance to respect our neighbours and their rest, for this reason, we always remind it to our guests.
